A little about BWCA Real Estate in Ely, MN

Ely Realty was established in 1972 by Jack Garske and Duane Krause.  Jan and Gary Erchul purchased the company name from Jack Garske in 1994. In 1999 they relocated to the Queen City Federal building on Sheridan Street.  In May, 2004, they purchased the Coldwell Banker franchise for Ely and the surrounding area and became Coldwell Banker 1st Ely Realty.  In October, 2004, they purchased the Gossip Bench building from Jack and Gayle Meskill and moved to their new location at 229 East Sheridan Street.   In March 2006, the business changed hands until February 2009.

Jan & Gary have re-opened the office as BWCA Real Estate. They look forward to serving your real estate needs with the professionalism and integrity that has always been the focus of their business.   We belong to two multiple listing services; Duluth and the Range, to give our seller's  properties the best exposure possible.

We are open to meet your real estate needs 7 days a week , including evenings and week-ends.
