City of Ely Planning & Zoning
Planning and Zoning promotes and regulates development, tax base diversity and orderly and efficient community growth. Staff also reviews zoning requests, proposed subdivisions and annexations. All of their permit applications are online as well. The hours of the office are 8:00AM-4:30PM daily. The Planning Commission meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM at the Community Center Cardroom.
